Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of automotive glass components. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with auto glass, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
• Conduct repairs on damaged glass using appropriate techniques and materials.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to ensure precise installations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Have a pleasant and humble demeanor with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve issues related to vehicle glass.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Stay updated on industry trends, including advancements in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology related to automotive glass.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive repair or glass installation is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is a plus.
• Experience with ADAS systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour with advancement potential and additional opportunities

Expected hours: 40 per week
