- Prepare feasibility analysis to determine the desirability of a property. Assist the Acendion leadership in determining the vision for a new community.
- Collect, sort, tabulate, and maintain information and pricing in database related to prospective opportunities.
- Stay updated on changes to local zoning codes and zoning resolutions or utility and infrastructure upgrades that may improve or disadvantage building in specific areas.
- Collaborate with Acendion leadership to negotiate purchase price and terms with developers and landowners.
- Organize and maintain land acquisition records for Acendion filing systems.
- Collaborate with Grand Communities, LLC and assists in all entitlement issues related to proposed developments, such as geotechnical, environmental, and utility capacities, off-site improvements, and any other items affecting the development’s feasibility.
- Diligently manage communication and follow-up procedures to secure property.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Five (5) years of real estate development and/or construction experience.
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
