OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES AS A PET SUPPLY STORE MANAGER
As the Pet Supply Store Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include :
- Opening and closing the store, ensuring a secure and efficient transition at the beginning and end of each day
- Accurately counting tills and managing cash flow
- Overseeing inventory management, ensuring our shelves are well-stocked with quality products
- Leading and developing a small team, fostering an environment of collaboration and exceptional service
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide informed product recommendations
