What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Fischer Thompson Beverages Inc?
- Picking and loading: Select items from shelves and pallets, stack them, and prepare them for loading and delivery.
- Accuracy: Examine and inspect orders before loading,
- Equipment operation: Safely operate machinery like pallet jacks
- Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, tidy, and organized
- Communication: Coordinate with team members and management
- Problem-solving: Identify and solve problems that arise in warehouse operations
- Other Duties: Train and assist other warehouse workers, and perform other duties as assigned.
Full time position 35-40 hours per week. 8Hr shifts available between 7AM-6PM. Flexible overtime during high volume periods.

Must be able to lift 15-50lbs soda/beer cases all day long.
