Facilities Maintenance Staff

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled maintenance team member to join our team. As a part of the maintenance group, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our production equipment, facilities, and farm. Your main goal will be to help maintain our facilities by performing regular maintenance, repairs and clean-up. You will work closely with our production team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and provide help with company grounds, deliveries, and general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular maintenance on production equipment and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise
• Collaborate with production team to identify and address maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Experience with welding and fabrication
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
