Position Description:
Fischer & Wieser is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist the marketing department on key projects at our Fredericksburg, TX headquarters during the summer months. Key projects would include supporting social media, website content creation and maintenance, and packaging updates, among others. This internship is an ideal opportunity to gain valuable, real-world experience in the CPG specialty food category.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates must have at least one full year enrollment at an accredited college/university.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and Shopify are a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong prioritization and organization skills with a focus on detail.
- Ability and desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset and interest in generating content ideas.
- Assist with monitoring social media platforms and engage with consumers, influencers, etc.
- Assist with content management for F&W digital platforms: website, email, SMS, social media.
- Support marketing campaigns and PR activities.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest) a plus.

Length of Internship: End of May August, 20 hours per week $15/hour, paid position
