Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced residential service journeyman electrician who excels not only in technical expertise but also in building relationships and driving sales. This position is ideal for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys interacting with customers and has a knack for identifying new project opportunities, and delivering tailored electrical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor during all interactions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or recommend future upgrades to clients.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates for potential jobs, explaining the scope of work and pricing to clients.
- Assist with generating new leads through field interactions, and follow up with clients for additional work opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, safety standards, and new technologies to provide customers with the best solutions.
- Mentor apprentices as needed, guiding them in both technical and sales aspects of the job.

Our Home office is located in Mountlake Terrace; close to the I-5 and 1-405, which gives our technicians access to both west and east sides of the lake.
