Job Summary

As the Community Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating seamless food service operations at Saint Mary's Hall. This outstanding opportunity allows you to lead all aspects of community engagement within the school, ensuring that every interaction with students, faculty, and staff is detailed. You will coordinate the retail component and deliver extraordinary catering services, all while encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develops and maintains outstanding relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
• Coordinates and leads signage and communication initiatives within the school.
• Coordinates the retail component and ensures smooth, profitable operations.
• Delivers premier catering services for school events.
• Leads, trains, and develops a team of associates to achieve high-reaching goals.
• Collaborates with the Chef and management team to implement new culinary programs.
• Closely adheres to and implements food safety standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support overall food service operations.
