Job description:
"Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages.
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
- Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Hands on experience in IBM-Z/OS COBOL, CICS,IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CA7, Changeman/Endeavor Mainframe application development suits and IBM WebSphere MQ messaging solution.
- Experience in creating API using zO/S connect & Kafka integration is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge and work experience on AWS is a plus.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
- Knowledge on banking domain & credit card is a plus.
- Exposure to cloud technologies
- Exposure to JAVA"
This Project needs strong technical skill as well as need to perform L3 Support –
- Perform L3 support
- Perform Maintenance and support activities
- Able to provide support on Weekend (rotation basis)
- Support nature is 13*7 (rotation basis)
- Flexible to work in Shift ( 2 PM to 11 PM). This is mostly for week in month
- Able to co-ordinate with offshore team
- Good knowledge of Support process.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Mainframe development: 7 years (Required)
- CICS: 3 years (Preferred)
