Product Commercialization SpecialistWhat does a successful Product Commercialization Specialist do?
At Fiserv, a successful Product Commercialization Specialist champions the CardPointe payment product suite by leading strategic commercialization efforts. You will collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, drive product strategy, and manage projects to ensure the successful launch of new and existing products and features. With your expertise, you’ll communicate the product vision and value to internal and external teams, identify target audiences and use cases, and provide continuous feedback for improvement.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute product commercialization strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with business and tech stakeholders to define product value propositions, unique selling points, and operational efficiencies, while also working with product development, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless product launches.
- Facilitate communication between departments for alignment on features, timelines, and marketing strategies.
- Present product plans and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end commercialization process, from concept to launch.
- Maintain release management timelines and ensure project commercialization stay on track.
- Plan and coordinate product launch activities, including marketing campaigns and training sessions.
What you will need to have:
- 4 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration with business and tech stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 2 years of experience in product development processes.
- 2 years of experience in developing product value propositions and unique selling points.
- 2 years of experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns for product launches.
