Technical Banking Business AnalystWhat does a successful Technical Banking Business Analyst do at Fiserv?
Finxact is an innovative enterprise-class 100 percent open API cloud-native innovation platform and transaction processing engine. As a Technical Banking Business Analyst you will be a partner in possibility, working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and configure our systems to meet these needs. You will leverage your deep understanding of core banking platforms and financial products to deliver innovative solutions that empower our clients to better serve their customers.
What you will do:
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into system configurations and enhancements.
- Configure core banking systems to align with client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents, business process models, use cases, and other documentation.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA and Confluence to track project progress and collaborate with stakeholders.
What you will need to have:
- 6 years of experience in core banking systems and SaaS/BaaS platforms.
- 6 years of experience in business process modeling and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 8 years of experience with financial products such as loans, deposits, payments, and treasury.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
