TITLE:                                 Sr. Infrastructure Engineer

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Lead the development, planning, and implementation of application infrastructures for CardHub projects. Take charge of critical activities including project launches, capacity planning, security and compliance, risk management, and cloud migrations. Utilize Infrastructure as Code to execute cloud projects and establish Centralized Configuration Management. Maintain up-to-date documentation on product deployment, configurations, and issues to ensure comprehensive understanding and support. Deploy and manage applications while designing effective monitoring and alerting systems in AWS cloud environments. Utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making in end-to-end capacity management. Proactive troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure and authentication services, with a focus on addressing cyber and technology risks. Ensure compliance with IT policies regulatory requirements including PCI, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving IT infrastructure management experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and 5 years in any job title involving IT infrastructure management experience. Prior experience must include: Working with ISO 8583 protocol and IP SLA; Securing applications that handle sensitive financial transactions; Building infrastructure in AWS cloud and on-premises with a hybrid cloud approach; Working with Ansible and Terraform; and Adhering to compliance standards and implementing and managing regulatory requirements including PCI, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.
