Job Title Talent Acquisition Advisor What does a great Talent Acquisition Advisor do at Fiserv? As a Senior Recruiter, you will utilize your skills to drive technical recruiting for many positions across the Fiserv. This is a full time role (in office) at our Berkeley Heights, NJ. You’ll work as part of a high-performing, fun, collaborative Talent Acquisition team in an environment that fosters and encourages quick thinking, assertive sourcing skills and a proactive approach to recruiting. You’ll partner with HRBPs and business leaders to drive talent acquisition strategies. You will develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with hiring managers and a strong pipeline of candidates to advance the Fiserv brand. What you will do: Serve as primary contact for the full life-cycle recruitment of Technical positions across North America. Facilitate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including strategy, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation and negotiation. Provide consultative approach when working with hiring managers and HRBPs. Maintain robust technical candidate pipeline, and place strong focus on the candidate experience. Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to management, attend bi-weekly TA team meetings as well as HRBP update calls. Establishes and maintains credibility with corporate executives and management with a key sense of urgency. Assess recruiting process, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in / lead enterprise improvement initiatives. What you need to have: 7 years experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment and/or with Professional Staffing/Agency experience. 5 years recruiting technical roles. History of successful interaction with senior-level business executives. Experience with process improvement tools, SLAs and recruiting metrics. 5 years’ experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday highly preferred). Experience with hiring H1-B, F-1, TN and L-1 visas and proven experience with Internal Global Mobility Experience using tools to attract passive talent ( Linkedin Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
