Boarding Technology Manager

What does a successful Boarding Technology Manager do at Fiserv?

You will be part of Fiserv’s dedication to delivering modern, competitive, boarding experiences that anticipate the needs and surpass the expectations of customers. You'll have significant interaction with the company’s leadership, clients and partners, which requires strong communication skills.

As a Boarding Technology Manager, you can look forward to :

Responsible for communication to internal and external users as it relates to tool enhancements, releases, and issue management

Being accountable for the successful end-to-end commercialization new product changes within our partners current framework

Technically minded, able to quickly respond and understand how processes function and adapt quickly to different situations.

Analyzing various client data input, determine key themes and possible courses of action

Knowing the client by talking with client facing employees and conducting research

Lead Development initiatives for new products, product enhancements or product upgrades to include business requirements, implementation, pricing / billing strategy, marketing, commercialization and launch duties as assigned

Understanding how tools improve or negatively impact the client experience

Manage tool audit and compliance activities

What you need to have :

6 years leading product management and / or product marketing efforts

Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent working or military experience

Proven experience communicating and working cross-functionally with senior leaders, external clients and partners

Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills and the ability to influence large, diverse groups through fact-based analysis and decision-making

Experience with Product Management tools such as Confluence, JIRA and MS Office Suite

What is nice to have :

Demonstrated passion and experience leading change and encouraging teams to deliver a coordinated and high-quality user experience

Understanding of payments and client segments

Salary Range :

76,100.00-$103,300.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
