You will work directly with the Delivery Lead and Product Owner, serving as a liaison between development team, business team and external clients.What you will do : Perform data identification, data analysis, unit testing and managing user testing and sign offCoordinate handoff activities from other teams located in later geographiesPerform ticket research, and gather needed activities to help resolve those issuesIncrease efficiency in the development process and reduce exceptions, bugs, and test failures, while improving internal and external client satisfactionWhat you will need to have : 5 years of experience in a role of a Business Analyst5 years of experience working in waterfall and agile SDLC environmentsBachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experienceWhat would be great to have : Experience with Fiserv's database applications and understanding of how to define UI experiencesStrong ability to transform and extract required details from higher level business requestsUnderstanding of testing and test case developmentAbility to transform and extract required details from higher level business requestsKnowledge of ETL, .Net, and AngularCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) certificationThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
