Client Support Analyst
What does a successful Client Support Analyst do at Fiserv?
You will hold a crucial client-facing support role for Finxact production clients. This role is integral in addressing client issues, which may be urgent and complex, and ensuring a seamless and excellent support experience. You will help clients harness Fiserv's innovative solutions, aligning with the way they live and work today.
What You Will Do
- Assist client support agents by training, assigning tasks, and following up on their responsibilities
- Manage service tickets, ensuring quick resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreement) guidelines
- Collaborate with product and development teams to identify root causes of problems and recommend solutions
- Assist with release testing and host knowledge transfer sessions for internal and external clients
- Provide after-hours support on a scheduled basis
- Solve complex issues, manage client relationships regarding incidents, and support team members in their work
- Perform deep data analysis using SQL (pgAdmin) and Postman
- 5 years of direct experience in retail banking and/or back-office operations
- 5 years of experience in client support for financial services
- 5 years of firsthand experience supporting production software for live clients in the financial services space
- 4 years of firsthand experience with Atlassian tools (Jira or Confluence), Postman (JSON), and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Experience in project management using Agile methodologies
- Experience in AWS Cloud Services
- Current Fiserv systems or application experience
- We’re better together. This role is fully on-site
- This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered
