Director, Relationship Management
What does a successful Director, Relationship Management do at Fiserv? As the Director, Relationship Management, you will lead one or more existing business lines with a strategic global client, driving growth and profitability while expanding client relationships. Collaborating with broader leadership, you will focus on sales, client relationships, and strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business unit goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead a key business line supporting a global strategic client located in Bentonville, AR.
- Direct business development and sales efforts within the business line while ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and conduct regular business reviews with the client and developing long-range account plans with all internal stakeholders.
- Gain exposure to upward management and cross-functionally for collaboration and support.
- Leverage day-to-day interactions and relationships to help drive the Fiserv relevance and uncover areas of potential growth.
- Coordinate and complete regular and ad-hoc client metric reporting, analysis, and applicable recommendations for a major existing client.
- 6 years of experience in Business Development and Account Management roles supporting global clients growth strategy.
- 6 years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
- Master’s degree.
- Experience working in the Financial Technology, Financial Services, or Payments industry.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in complex functions, data analysis, and data visualization.

- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
