What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary contact for associates and external clients to address a wide range of HR-related inquiries.
- Develop a deep understanding of associate needs and provide timely, accurate and effective solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in meeting evolving needs of our associates.
- Utilize your technical skills to navigate and learn new systems and processes.
- Influence and guide associates to leverage the resources and expertise of the AskHR team.
- 1 years human resource experience or 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school degree or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree
- HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
- Experience with Workday and/or interactive voice response (IVR) systems
