Sr. Site Reliability Engineer
TITLE : Sr. Site Reliability Engineer
EMPLOYER : Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION : Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES : Build new and maintain current cloud Infra. Create and architect solutions for complex problems involving multiple systems. Provide insight and feedback to multiple teams to ensure the team is operating with SRE principals throughout the organization. Participate in Retrospectives, On Call rotations, Massive Rollouts, Releases, and Maintenance. Operate at scale on Amazon Web Services. Manage high performance Kubernetes clusters across multiple accounts and regions. Operate high performance data layers.
REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering or cloud operations. Prior experience must include 5 years in the following : Working with cloud-based infrastructure using AWS, GCP, or Azure; APM monitoring, logging, and platform observability; Scripting with Python and Bash; Working with Jenkins; and Operations experience with Linux and MySQL databases.
