Job Summary:

Fish Hippie is looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Stocker / Order Picker to support our warehouse operations. This role involves maintaining an orderly, safe, and efficient warehouse environment by managing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stocking & Organization:
• Perform daily stocking duties, storing products in designated bins, pallets, shelves, or racks.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory accurately to maintain proper flow and accessibility.
• Order Fulfillment:
• Manage pick ticket orders, pull inventory from shelves, and ensure accurate delivery of products.
• Pack orders securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Stage items for delivery and include packing slips and invoices with each shipment.
• Loading & Unloading:
• Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Transport products, materials, and supplies to various departments using hand trucks, pallet jacks, lift carts, or other equipment.
• Inventory Management:
• Track inventory and update records to reflect accurate stock levels as needed.
• Replenish items on picking shelves and inspect packages to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Safety & Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met consistently.
• Other Duties:
• Assist with folding and counting merchandise as needed.
• Perform general warehouse tasks and support team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in receiving, handling, stocking, or order fulfillment in a retail, warehouse, or distribution environment.
• Skills Required:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Excellent time management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy loads.
• Comfortable performing tasks involving bending, stooping, climbing, and standing for long periods.
• Capability to work in an unconditioned warehouse environment.

Work Schedule

• Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Overtime Opportunities: Additional hours available during peak seasons and busy periods.
• Weekends: Occasional weekend shifts may be required to meet operational demands.
