Sushi Chef ($20 to $40 /h after tip)
FISH IN A BOTTLE in Cypress is seeking an energetic, self-motivated and talented Sushi Chef or Sushi Roller.
Responsible for preparing sushi bar stocks, from cooking rice to cleaning up and filleting of fresh fish to be used for making sashimi, nigiri sushi, cut roll and handroll.
Responsible for making basic & premium rolls, sushi & sashimi and also special/unique sushi dishes. Have knowledge in food costing and inventory is a plus.
Must be responsible, team player in a fast paced work environment and ability to multi-task.
