Clubhouse Manager – Fish Lake Golf Course
Location: A few miles east of Plankinton, SD
Fish Lake Golf Course is looking for a motivated and friendly Clubhouse Manager to lead operations and provide an exceptional experience for our members and guests. If you’re passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a relaxed, community-focused setting, this seasonal role (approximately April to October) is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all clubhouse operations, ensuring smooth daily activities.
- Train and manage staff to deliver excellent food and beverage service.
- Handle hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
- Plan and manage golf tournaments and other events, creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests.
- Maintain inventory control and oversee operations in our minimal kitchen setup.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in hospitality, food service, or management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
