Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, (8-5)
Pay: $400-$600/Wk, after two week paid training

Job Description:
- Manage daily production including scheduling, distribution of work orders
- Check in all work orders daily and ensure all work is completed during the week assigned
- Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs
- Data Entry
- Creating work orders and reconciling work orders
- Performing administrative office duties i.e., filing, organizing, office supplies, inventory, etc.
- Perform weekly safety briefings
- Writing and delivering customer estimates and proposals
- Follow up on estimates and survey customers on work performed, by phone
- Clean glass, as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Management or leadership experience
