We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial window cleaning division, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

• Meet with prospective and current commercial customers to determine their window cleaning needs and provide personalized proposals.
• Conduct phone follow-up calls to schedule new clients and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Work independently in the field, requiring strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business professionals.
• Able to work in various weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Benefits and Compensation:

• $12.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience.
• Opportunity to earn commissions on sales.
• Part-time or full-time schedules available, including 7:00 am - 4:00 pm shifts, Monday through Friday.
