Job Description:
This person provides direct support to FBT’s National Products Quality Assurance team in servicing and administration of various Partner program related tasks.
Qualifications:
This person should have an associate’s degree plus three years of experience, or the equivalent. A business and financial services background is preferred. This person should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and well-rounded financial services knowledge. The ability to manage, balance, and understand complex processes is necessary.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Manage the handling of internal customer verification and the process for bankruptcy requests, ensuring customer accounts are located accurately and that all requests are handled efficiently. This includes management of internal inbox, physical notices, and tracking system.
2. Complete all partner requested verifications and conduct credit bureau soft pull requests, alongside the National Products Quality Assurance team to ensure proper oversight and accuracy of reporting.
3. Maintain the incoming and outgoing misdirected mail handling service for all National Products partners, assisted by the Quality Assurance team as necessary, to ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is sorted, logged, and distributed in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Handle various other operational tasks, such as account reconciliation, saving and tracking of monthly partner reports and data.
5. Support the National Products Quality Assurance staff as back-up tester or reviewer. Support other National Products staff, which may include answering minimal customer calls.
6. Act in accordance with FBT policies and procedures as set forth in the employee handbook.
7. Adhere to compliance procedures and participate in required compliance training.
