Job Summary
The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for assisting leaders in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, providing guidance on policy interpretation and application, and promoting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels, and a deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Primary Functions
Minimum Physical Requirements
Mobility to work in an office e setting, use standard office equipment, visual acuity to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
