Salary Range: $160,000 - $180,000 annually

Essential Functions
- Join the Senior Leadership Team to help set and achieve the company's growth goals and strategic objectives.
- Ensure the group's financial success by meeting yearly revenue, commission fees, utilization, and billing multiplier goals.
- Collaborate with the Vice President of Client Relations to set, develop, and execute strategies for business development and growth of the Land Development service line.
- Achieve the initiatives specified in the annual business plan by securing work from both existing and new clients.
- Stay at the forefront of current market trends and conditions; identify new business opportunities to enhance the company's market presence and develop strategies to effectively capture them.
- Regularly attend industry conferences and professional organization meetings and seek speaking and leadership opportunities in these organizations and at these events to represent Fisher Associates as knowledge expert in the field.
- Own successful project budgeting, authorizations, scheduling, tracking, compliance, and QA/ QC towards the goal of total client satisfaction and adherence to company project management processes.
- Ensure the group consistently delivers high quality proposals demonstrating value to the clients in line with our proposal process.
- Efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams on multi-disciplinary projects to ensure complete project success.
- Develop and maintain a stable, motivated group with high morale; mentor staff in developing their professional skills related to team building, technical competence, critical thinking, and client relationships.
- Engage in discussions with employees to identify their career objectives, establish career paths, develop skill sets, and plan training and learning opportunities.
- Lead a team across the geographies in which we have staff.
- Monitor department staffing levels and take proactive measures to address staffing needs including collaborating with HR to initiate hiring and onboarding processes.
- Estimated travel requirements – 25%
- Effectively manage teams across multiple locations.
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring work is prioritized and deadlines are met.
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing respectful performance feedback through structured and real-time communication.
- Support employee growth by facilitating career development, skill-building, and training opportunities.
- Act as a coach by guiding and inspiring team members to enhance productivity and overcome challenges independently.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15 years of experience in technical professional services including seven plus years successfully setting strategic direction, business planning, managing business development and profitable revenue growth.
- Proven ability to manage the full client cycle from acquisition through to long-term relationships and skilled at understanding and delivering on client requirements.
- Broad and deep knowledge of Land Development services and markets and business growth opportunities
- Proven track record of successfully growing a Land Development team and achieving business development goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
