Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their automotive parts inquiries.
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to provide accurate product recommendations.
- Process transactions efficiently using a cash register, ensuring accurate handling of cash and credit payments.
- Maintain organized stock levels, ensuring that inventory is well-managed and readily available for customer needs.
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information and assistance to customers over the phone.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Candidates must have clean driving record. No more than one incident in past three years
- Candidates must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
