The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering auto parts to a predetermined group of customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining a professional demeanor. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Orders Accurately: Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in good condition, meeting the high standards of Federated/Fisher Auto Parts.
- Pick Up Cores and Returns: Collect cores and returns from customers, process credits accurately, and maintain a clean and organized workflow.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide basic vehicle care and maintenance as needed.
- Maintain a Valid Driver's License: Ensure that your driving record meets underwriting standards and follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent: Preferred but not mandatory.
- A Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR): Must be obtained by the applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date and maintained throughout employment.
- Successful Completion of a Pre-Employment Drug Test: Required for all new hires.
