Key Responsibilities:
Safely operates equipment to stock, fulfill and move products in an efficient manner.

Essential Functions:
- Safely and efficiently operate all power equipment including: Stand up and sit down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers and pallet jacks
- Complete all documentation required for proper operation of equipment including: pre-trip inspections, post-trip inspections, and maintenance requests
- Maintaining inventory control and accuracy through processes and systems set forth by the company
- Receive inventory, stock shelves, pick orders, package orders and ship orders
- Check and restock merchandise, inventory, inspect for damage, and verify bin contents
- Maintain work areas by keeping areas clean, neat and orderly
Knowledge, Skills, Duties and Abilities:
- Able to perform tasks accurately
- Must be detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and customer service driven attitude
- Able to stay organized and on task
- Able to use scanners in conjunction with the WMS system
- Check and restock inventory, inspect for damage, and verify counts
- Meet and maintain accuracy and production goals
- Timely pulling and downstocking of replenishments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team
- Completion of maintenance sheets, daily maintenance of inventory, and report discrepancies to supervisor
- Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver’s Handbooks
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test;
- Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy;
- Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver’s Handbooks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted;
- Frequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, squat, and stoop;
- Also required to climb, push/pull, balance, crouch or crawl, talk, speak, and hear.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy.
- Must have considerable mobility, and be able to stand and/or sit for long durations of time.
