Key Responsibilities:
Ensures customer orders (will call/specials) are filled and delivered in a timely manner, while assisting customers in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Functions:
- Must possess and display a high degree of integrity, consistency, and respect when working with customers, associates, and other employee personnel at all times;
- Providing solutions to customers and drivers by addressing problems and or requests in a professional and timely manner;
- Acts as a dispatcher by communicating with Shuttle Drivers and Delivery Drivers regarding order deliveries, and route obstacles;
- Assists with pulling and filling orders as needed;
- Provide drivers with information about customer orders, requirements, and or any information involving their route;
- Utilize computer systems to assist customers with product needs including but not limited to; sourcing parts from other locations, executing electronic orders;
- Must be able to service the customer by delivery products as assigned;
- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions;
- Assisting with administrative duties relative to order processing, inventory, paperwork, and data entry;
- Perform other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned;

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred;
- Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) must be obtained by applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date (for back-up driver eligibility)
- Proficient computer skills required;
- Maintain regular and acceptable attendance;
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license is a requirement of this position (MVR Report must be obtained by applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date) and satisfactory MVR must be maintained;
- Must wear business casual clothing with a Federated/Fisher logo, and must practice good personal hygiene and grooming habits;
- Responsible for meeting all criteria and policies as set forth in the Company Employee Handbook, Driver’s Handbook, and Fleet Safety Policy;
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and submit to any post-accident and/or reasonable suspicion drug tests as requested;
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that would allow you to work an assortment of days, evenings and/or weekends (as needed)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- While loading and unloading assigned vehicle or during other assignments, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted or greater than 50 lbs with assistance;
- Occasionally walk, stand, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, push, pull, crouch, squat, bend, twist, and stoop; Also required to climb, balance, crawl, talk, speak, and hear;
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus;
- May be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, high/precarious places, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight, risk of explosion, and/or vibration. Noise level may be moderate to heavy;
- Must have considerable mobility; Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with general public, to understand highway traffic signs & signals, to respond to officials, and to make entries on reports, logs, and records;
