Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient distribution processes
- Lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service, store appearance, and overall retail experience
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive company-wide initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry
- Proven track record of success in managing multiple locations and teams
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop employees
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday 7:20 AM to 5:30 PM, with every other Saturday 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM. A valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR report are required. ASE certification is preferred but not necessary at the time of hire.
Salary Range
