What are the responsibilities and job description for the Stocker/Receiver position at FISHER AUTO PARTS?
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures product is properly received to specific bin locations. Receives product both accurately and in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:

Accurately receives Advance Shipper Notice(ASN)/stock batches into specific bin locations using an RF Scanner

Ensures product is accurately entered into the inventory system
-
Communicates issues, opportunities and obstacles as they arise
-
Maintains clean aisle ways clearing their workspace of debris

Able to perform tasks accurately

Must be detail-oriented

Able to stay organized, on task, and work independently

Able to use scanners and navigate assigned functions

Check merchandise & inventory, inspect for damage, verify counts and load into bins and shelves

Must be able to utilize pallet jacks as needed; complete appropriate pre-trip/post-trip inspection and maintenance paperwork

Meet and maintain accuracy of production goals

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a team

Comply with federal, state, local, OSHA, and company policies, procedures, and regulations

Perform all other duties and/or work in other departments of work location as assigned
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
-
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test
-
Wear appropriate footwear protection and other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as directed by Company policy

Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver’s Handbooks
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
