Job Overview

Duties
- Perform body repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to achieve a smooth and even finish on repaired surfaces.
- Conduct welding tasks to repair or fabricate metal components as needed.
- Use power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various repair tasks.
- Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs required and provide accurate assessments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair processes and timelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques and practices.
- Experience with airless paint spraying for vehicle refinishing.
- Strong welding skills, particularly in automotive applications.
- Familiarity with mechanics and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of dealership standards and practices is a plus.
- Ability to fabricate parts as needed for specific repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Competence in using power tools safely and effectively in a workshop environment.
- Experience working with sheet metal for body repairs.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process.
