Job Description Job Title: Honda Express Service Advisor
Department: Service
Reports To: Service Manager/Fixed Op's Director
SUMMARY: To assist in the daily operations of the Honda service drive with customer greeting, customer write up, phone answering, scheduling appointments. The overall goal is you will take care of our Honda Express customers and be a strong support in many different areas for the service drive as outlined below and being part of a Honda Team.
Work Schedule: Work schedule Monday – Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm or 6:00pm. Then rotating Saturdays 8:00am – 4:00pm with a day off that week.
MUST HAVE CURRENT 2 - 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS TYPE OF POSITION - Hourly pay with various bonuses that are paid out weekly
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Answers telephones on service drive with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Respond to Emails from customers, as well as working within Auto Loop our appointment scheduling system.
Directs calls to appropriate service personnel with enthusiasm and professionalism
Schedules service appointments in our dealer management system (DMS), Reynolds & Reynolds
Support all service advisors & your specific team with cashiering, service repair order write-up, and greeting customers in the service drive area.
Support in writing up all Honda Express service customers and cashiering them.
Fill in for any main Acura service advisor in their absence.
Maintains customer waiting lounges throughout the day making sure that the area is clean, clutter-free, and picked up with magazines, newspapers, cups, cookies are made etc.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Or two plus related experience or training
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with tens and hundreds
Ability to perform these operations using American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out detailed but noncomplex written or oral instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

Pay: $45,600.00 - $55,200.00 per year
