Fisher Grove Country Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Course Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of golf course and state park maintenance and operations. This includes planning, directing, and supervising daily activities to ensure the course is kept in exceptional condition for players and visitors alike.
Position Details :
Job Title : Golf Course Superintendent
Employment Period : March 15 – November 15
Salary Range : $35,000–$40,000 (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for the golf course and state park.
- Manage a team responsible for course upkeep, including mowing, irrigation, and landscaping.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure safe operation.
- Monitor and manage the course budget and maintenance expenses.
- Coordinate with the Board of Directors to implement improvements and maintain high standards.
