- Develop and direct the Quality Assurance Department and personnel.
- Develop quality assurance plans and process control procedures to ensure production of finished products that meet quality specifications and standards.
- Direct and coordinate overall quality specification, standards, inspection, and testing procedures for raw materials, processes, and finished goods.
- Analyze and evaluate customer complaints to determine areas for improvement.
- Present information to management regarding business situations, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, economic trends, and design and development of new products.
