POSITION SCOPE
The Crusher Foreman will be responsible for supervising a work crew and inspecting and maintaining equipment. This position is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico but requires travel to other areas in New Mexico, as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Supervise work crew
- Assist with setup and tear down of plants
- Perform general maintenance, repair, and service equipment as required
- Individuals must be able to lift objects weighing 80 lb. on a regular basis
- Perform all duties within safety guidelines set up by M.S.H.A. and company policy
- Perform pre-shift inspections on equipment prior to startup
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Required 5 years of verifiable working experience as foreman or supervisor of construction crusher crews
- Must hold an M.S.H.A. 5000-23 certificate
- Maintain a valid driver's license
- Able to operate equipment efficiently to maintain project specifications
- Must be a Team player
- Must have good understanding of Gradations
- Mechanical knowledge of equipment and being able to perform routine maintenance
- Basic knowledge of welding and using a cutting torch
- Fluent on Apple products and basic computer skills in Excel and Word are required
- Willing to work long shifts and able to work weekends
- Must be willing to travel to other job sites in New Mexico
