Job Duties
Some of the essential tasks you will perform as a Class A CDL Truck Driver include:
* Transporting aggregates and asphalt to job sites
* Inspecting equipment at least twice daily and reporting any deficiencies to your supervisor or mechanics
* Ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for each task
* Safely operating all equipment and adhering to DOT, state, and local traffic and highway laws, rules, and regulations
Requirements
* Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement or the ability to acquire endorsement
* Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate
* Acceptable MVR in accordance with Fisher's Company Vehicle Program policy
* Asphalt paving experience is preferred but not required; we will train you
* Ability to speak, read, understand, and write in English
