POSITION SCOPE
The Warehouse/Screen Production Associate will be involved in manufacturing screen cloth and supplying parts for the shop and field operations.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Operate forklift, plasma cutter, shear, and press brake
- Cut and form screen cloth for vibrating screens
- Unload incoming trucks and put parts away
- Pull outgoing parts and load on trucks
- Transport parts between the warehouse and General Steel with 2-1/2-ton truck
- General equipment maintenance and clean up
- Answer telephone, take screen cloth and parts orders from customers and co-workers
- Follow the company's safety and quality guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift heavy loads and transfer them manually
- Good communication and teamwork skills
