Client Service Representative - Finance

In this role, you will engage directly with high-net-worth clients, making a positive impact by managing all operational facets of our firm’s relationships. You will be responsible for coordinating client requests and collaborating with various internal departments, including portfolio management, sales, and service.

Your Daily Responsibilities :

• Communicate with high-net-worth clients via phone and email in a supportive, team-oriented work environment.
• Manage operational tasks between Fisher Investments and our leading brokerage houses that serve as dedicated custodians.
• Establish and clear accounts while addressing documentation and transfer challenges.
