The Opportunity :
In this role, you will provide essential business and product support for investment operations. Collaborating with teams such as Portfolio Accounting, Custodian Data Reconciliation, Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Engineering, and Security Operations will be key to your success. Your main tasks will include understanding requirements, identifying process improvements, designing and implementing solutions, and contributing to our product development efforts.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management group, including teams focused on Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, Security Operations, Portfolio Implementation, and Trading Operations, ensuring systems operate seamlessly.
- Monitor production platforms to ensure readiness and maintain overall system health.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders, Technology Teams, and application vendors.
- Provide operational and incident support for specific applications and modules.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production incidents, recommending solutions to minimize future issues.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria based on business requirements.
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical systems requirements, including detailed solution diagrams.
- Engage in the software development lifecycle as an integral team member.
- Identify opportunities for process refinement through automation, restructuring, or elimination.
- Deliver insightful business recommendations backed by thorough analysis.
- Handle multiple requests with precision and adherence to varying deadlines.
