What You Will Do :
- Engage collaboratively with various teams within the Portfolio Management group including Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Analytics, Security Operations, Portfolio Implementation, and Portfolio Engineering to ensure our systems are running smoothly.
- Monitor production platforms daily to ensure readiness and overall health.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal business customers, technology teams, and our application vendors.
- Provide ongoing incident and operational support for your assigned applications.
- Conduct root cause analysis on production incidents and devise solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Define user stories and acceptance criteria grounded in our requirements.
- Articulate business, functional, and technical systems requirements, complemented by detailed solution diagrams.
- Participate actively in the software development lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement by recommending automation, restructuring, or elimination of inefficient processes.
- Make informed business recommendations based on thorough analysis.
- Manage multiple requests of varying complexity while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines.
