The Message Therapist administers body treatments and massages including : Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular, aromatherapy, mud applications, various wraps, various scrubs, chair and cabana massage.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provides the highest level of customer service and quality care to each and every Member and Guest.
- Provides information to Members and Guests about treatments and services, and provides demonstrations, if needed.
- Follows procedures and guidelines in administration of treatments, performs draping policy;
- Refers medical problems to physicians and only performs procedures in and according to training manual.
- Prepares and maintains treatment facilities and equipment (i.e. removes soiled linens, etc.).
- Assists with promotion of treatment services.
- Continues to further self in profession and knowledge of profession.
- Sells skin care treatment products according to the guests needs (minimum of $100 monthly retail sales in products associated with profession).
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
