Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Manager to provide consulting services to our clients, with expertise in transformational change and communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational change management within a consulting environment, helping clients navigate large-scale technology, process, and cultural transformations.
This role requires strategic leadership, business process acumen, and deep experience in managing process change, communication strategies, change champion networks, and culture change initiatives. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of leading change efforts related to technology and process improvements, and the ability to serve as a trusted advisor to clients at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consulting : Serve as a change management consultant for client organizations, leading transformational change initiatives related to technology and process changes.
- Communication Strategy : Develop and execute communication plans that ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging for clients, across various stakeholders and organizational levels.
- Change Champion Networks : Design and manage client change champion networks to drive engagement, advocacy, and feedback loops within client organizations.
- Cultural Change : Lead clients through culture change efforts to align organizational behavior with business transformation goals, ensuring smooth adoption and transition.
- Business Analysis Integration : Apply business analysis expertise to align change management efforts with clients' business processes, ensuring seamless integration of changes into their operations.
- Project Management : Build and maintain detailed change management project plans for clients, track milestones, and report progress, ensuring timely delivery of change initiatives.
