Homecare Sales Representative – Pittsburgh

Job Overview:

As a Homecare Sales Representative, you will work on the Homecare Sales team selling to homecare accounts in the assigned territory. This role involves calling on home health clinics, sleep labs, durable medical equiptment companies, hospice/physician’s offices, meeting with key decision makers to drive clinical practice change. You will become a trusted clinical advisor and offer your customers a portfolio of proprietary homecare products for patients’ respiratory care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets
• Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers, and strategic partners within the territory
• Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH homecare products, therapy approaches, and their benefits
• Educate customers and provide post-sales education and support
• Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities
• Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce
• Attend trade shows and conventions to provide information and education on FPH homecare products
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling model or 2 years clinical experience
• Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory

Salary Range

This sales role includes both a base salary and a variable commission plan. The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Pittsburgh, PA is $120,000 to $130,000 at plan with monthly over-plan commissions achievable (this amount includes both a base and variable commission amount). The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, geographic location etc. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions in other states.

You will be required to visit your customers.
