Position Summary
Fisher's Technology is looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Document Automation team. In this role, you will work closely with customers on the discovery, implementation, and support of enterprise content management (ECM) and capture software. You will work closely with various customers to create and maintain efficient workflows and document processes, ensuring the software is fully leveraged to meet business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain off-the-shelf software application solutions.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users, including vendor escalation.
- Collaborate with customers to analyze existing business processes and streamline workflows.
- Manage document and data integrations between software and line of business applications.
- Update software and apply patches to maintain security and optimal performance.
- Train end-users on effective use of software applications and best practices.
- Execute data and document migrations from legacy applications to modern platforms.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Work to increase industry knowledge through daily responsibilities and available resources.
