Service Technician - Preventative Maintenance

PMService Technicians preform scheduled preventative maintenance on customer farms to prevent reactive service needs and to keep customer milking systems running optimally. Ideal candidate has a background in agriculture.

Responsibilities:

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to type of equipment.
• Provide customer support during field visits.
• Collaborate with service/sales colleagues when needed.
• Tie “workflow” to your daily schedule.
• Produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Communicate with manager if/when a follow up call is required.
• Engage in continued education when necessary
• Keep accurate records and files.
• Remain reliable during your “on call” timeframes.
• Build positive rapport and relationships with our customer base.
• Observe all bio-security measures.
• Keep abreast of the latest methods for producing/ selling high quality milk.
• Follow all company procedures and protocols.
• Maintain a professional image.
• Be a positive part of the F&T team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
