Position Summary – Enterprise Account Manager
Fisher’s is seeking a qualified individual to fill our Enterprise Account Manager position. This position is responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with large enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor while driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. In this role, you will focus on understanding the unique needs of enterprise clients, delivering tailored solutions, and building long-term partnerships that maximize value for both the client and Fisher’s.
This position offers a base salary and an uncapped commission structure with a high earning potential, reflecting the impact of successfully managing and growing high-value accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth within assigned enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services, aligning solutions with client business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, ensuring a superior customer experience and addressing any challenges proactively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver customized proposals and presentations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to position Fisher’s as a strategic partner.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through disciplined account planning, pipeline management, and effective negotiation.
- Complete site assessments and produce product recommendations and replacement strategies as needed.
- Achieve sales quota for products and services.
- Conduct regular account reviews with customer base.
- Deliver sales activity sufficient to support overachievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Manage service issues to resolution
Qualifications
- A 4-year degree is preferred, but not required.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Experience in Office Technology or a similar B2B environment is preferred.
