FishEye Software is seeking a Jr. Radar Analyst. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of Test Analysts and Project Managers to plan, execute, analyze, and report on upgrades to missile defense or ground-based radar systems. You will develop thorough test procedures and detailed plans, ensuring that new hardware or software installations meet mission needs.
You will also leverage MATLAB and other tools to conduct data analyses, evaluate system performance, and deliver actionable recommendations that support radar system effectiveness.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Ability to develop and implement test plans, procedures, and detailed documentation to support new hardware or software upgrades
- Proficiency in data analysis using MATLAB to determine system performance
- Capability to identify and execute viable and operationally realistic test methods (live fire, virtual events, subsystem tests, etc.)
- Ability to analyze recorded data, assess system performance, and report findings in compliance with established guidance
- Excellent technical writing skills for creating reports, procedures, and documentation
